In connection with the General Data Protection Ordinance (RODO), please read the following information regarding the processing of your data

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016 - hereinafter referred to as "the RODO") we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is J.T.C. Joint Stock Company with its registered office in Będzin at 25 Siemońska Street.

Your personal data may be processed:
a. in order to perform the agreement which binds you to the Administrator or an action necessary for its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b)),
b. due to legal requirements that the Administrator is obliged to comply with (Article 6(1)(c)),
c. where necessary for purposes arising out of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party (Article 6(1)(f)),
d. in order to present a commercial offer depending on the content of your inquiry.
4. Your data will be transmitted, if necessary, for the Administrator's operational activities only to three groups:
a. persons authorized by the Administrator, i.e. employees and co-workers who must have access to the data in order to perform their duties;
b. processors, i.e. entities used by the Administrator while processing your data;
c. other recipients of data, i.e. public authorities to the extent resulting from the provisions of law, as well as contractors, customers and partners of the Administrator to the extent necessary for proper cooperation.
5. your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing specified in section 3 above, until the lapse of the statute of limitations of possible claims or expiry of data storage obligations resulting from the provisions of law.
6. You have the right - within the limits provided for in the provisions of the GOP - to demand from the Administrator access to personal data, to correct, delete, limit or object to the processing.
7. Your data will not be profiled.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to contact you and the business relationship.
